Since my last weigh in, my scale has said I gained 7 lbs…in one week. I have been binge eating all week and get weighed in on Wednesday.

My question is, how did/do you recover from a binge eating episode?

I am just upset because my scale has said that I am actually 5 lbs heavier than my start weight. It might not seem like a big deal, but it is when you were 4 lbs from goal and gained it all back.

I’ve been losing a lot of weight.. haven’t been eating right..making myself, well, throw it back up. i’m just not hungry. And if i do eat, I constantly count calories. It upsets me to the point to where ihurt myself. Can this be an eating disorder? I’m so confused.

My younger sister (14) has anorexia and has just moved in with me (im 19 male).

She needs to put on about 20lbs to reach her target weight.

What are good meals to cook? Foods to get her to eat? Will she want to talk about it? She sees a counsellor but doesnt seem to get along very well with her.

I cant seem to stop eating… I feel horrible about myself. This compulsive eating started right before December, and its only gotten worse til now. I have ended up gaining around 10 pounds. I give in to every moment I get to eat food. Ive never been overweight, and still not.. But I feel really out of control. How can I overcome this binge eating??
