I had a friend who was bulimic and every time she would eat she would desperately watch the clock afterward to make sure that not to much time passed (like 10 minutes) before she excused herself and went to throw up. Whenever I get sick and throw up, I still have plenty of food to throw up hours after I’ve eaten. What’s the big rush for?

I’d really like to lose a stone and a half and everytime I try to diet, ie. eating 3 meals a day and snacking on fruit, the good work lasts for about 2 weeks and then I end up bingeing on chocolate and other baddies. Is there anyway to end this pattern, because it’s soul destroying!

I have lost 30 lbs and i want to lose more i hate the way that i look i abuse laxatives and starve myself. i even chew up food and spit it back out. i am afraid that i will gain weight and i still need to lose 20 more lbs at least i starve myself until i can’t take it anymore and i eat something little that has no calories in it. does this mean i have developed a eating disorder? by the way i am 5ft 2 & weigh 124. ughh
