Anorexia is not eating at all or eating tooooooo little. Bulimia is binging-purging either by throwing up or by exercising too much. Both are not advisable and are harmful to one’s health.

Some excellent information about bulimia is provided in this short video.
PLEASE COMMENT!! This is a memoriam of the dangers of anorexia nervosa/bulimia nervosa. And I accidentally made a mistake with the mortality rate…It’s supposed to say 300000…not 100. And not everyone who has anorexia/bulimia will look like this. It’s just to show some of the extremities of the disease(s).
