This video gives some great insights into anorexia.
I hadn’t been on lately, so I was really suprised to see how many views I had gotten; not to mention, my video is the first link on google, if you try searching “anorexic.” Thank you so much for your comments, because it’s also very inspirational for other girls to see your responses to this problem. I will try replying to as many comments as I can.
Question by bailey p: What are some signs of eating disorders?
I think my little 13 year old sister has eating disorders. She never eats much at all and if you ask if she is hungury she says no i’m fine and at super she pushes her food around to make it look like she ate a lot. Once I watched her the hole time through dinner and she only took 3 bites. Also she always is saying how she ways so much and how fat she is. She seems to exercise a lot also.

Answer by J P Well if she has a deflated self image, thinks she is fat and she is not that is a good sign. My twenty year old brother says he wants to lose weight, he is like 6’1″ and 150 barely, he looks horrible but insists he wants to get smaller.

people who try to get to size zero tend to have an eating disorder. this short film shows the impact that eating disorders can cause. people who want to be as slim as celebrities should stick to reality. keep watching my channel for new videos.
Question posed by Lindsey Ball: Can anorexia also mean starving yourself and refusing to eat the right foods?
What I heard is that the main reason of anorexia is someone who refuses to eat healthy, or not eat at all to remain a healthy weight (skinny).
*maintain a healthy body weight
I am going to post this question again but make it a little understandable.
Selected answer:
Answer by Baileigh W anorexia is starving yourself… its not refusing to eat the right foods, its refusing to eat at all, or under 600 calories a day.

A question from xXHush…this is where it endsXx: How long does it take for Anorexia to develope?
I have a friend that im really worrried about. Shes been talking about her weight and stuff. And shes been calling me crying saying she wants to stop eating. And that she’s to fat. I was just wondering if i should tell someone? Or should i try and convince her shes not fat. I really do think shes going to try and stop eating. And if so how long does anorexia take to develope as a full blown eating disorder?
The No 1 answer:
Answer by shan Anorexia is a serious problem and should not be taken lightly. If your friend is already talking this way, I wouldnt be surprised if she isnt already acting on what she is saying. Anorexia is already a full blown eating disorder, and does not need to be developed any further to be considered an eating disorder. Please, do your friend a favor, and tell your parents, or hers, or another adult that means alot to her. Your friend needs help, and if she doesnt get it she could be hurting in the long run.
