The picture at the very beginning that is EXACTLY how I feel everytime I look in a mirror..what I see is someone who is fat,ugly,stupid,etc….Im 15, 5`1 & I weigh 137 pounds…..many people dont get it but sometimes it just seems like starving yourself is the solution.Im on the brink of Anorexia even though I know its terrible……but at the same time I wanna be skinny im tired of being teased about my weight & how im “chubby”or “chunky”

i wish they did more blood tests, hair tests on these sufferers, I am a binge eater, but people should stop calling it just psychological, it is connected to zinc deficiency, some are sick via low probiotics and vegetables helps them regain appetite. Do they have high or low serotonin?

This is a fuken mental disorder. Often caused by this stupid MTV World packed up with propagandas about how you should look and live like. This happens mostly because they’re trying to be perfect and when it becames an obssesion it too late. It the same with alcoholism or smoking! You cannot just give it up
