The title sounds a bit corny I know, but that book is amazing. It helps a lot in my opinion, perhaps you should give it a try.
Live Journal.
Live journal is a good source for help and support but you just have to be careful about what your looking for. If you are pro your ed then i would find some place else besides live journal
or search for a private community to talk to that’s trying to recover, it can be very therapeutic
i am on live journal and its helped me alot
good luck getting better i know it can be hard but it will be worth it in the end
