My diet consists of healthy food, 4-5 meals a day and 1-2 hr of exercise everyday.
But i am consistent only for a week and then again fall back to eating junk and not exercising.

Allow yourself to have 1-2 semi-cheat foods you wouldn’t normally have. When we tell ourselves we CAN’T have certain foods…those foods become something we now always crave (because we can’t have them). If you allow yourself to eat them occassionally and in moderation, you should be less likely to binge. Also, try making your workouts fun by adding music to it.
Before binge eating, start your meal by drinking 2 cups of water followed by eating a big salade dish.

Check this out. Here’s what you do. First off, make sure that the meals you are eating do NOT deprive your body of what it needs to stay ballanced. (i.e.) dont eat nothing but salad for a week. It works but your motabolism will slow waaay down. Second, eating is a habbit. Like any other habbit, it takes time to get used to (21 days) Make this your first goal. Dont stress yourself out working out all the time. If you’re new to this, your body is going to require more consumed energy due to the fact that it is not used to using stored energy yet. If you are eating 4-5 times a day, make sure that they aren’t full meals. If you are going to eat a full meal make it breakfast. This will get your body up and burning after sleeping. Drink nothing but water, this alone will drop weight. Cimbined with this, try palates. You will notice a considerable improvement in as little as 2 weeks. Make Saturday your cheat day. for ONE meal of crap. Allow yourself to eat whatever you want fro 1 hour. After that, look foward to next week and congradulate yourself for not ‘cheating’. The better you feel, the better you will be at sticking to it. Good Luck.
