		<description>Rehabilitation units are very useful in giving around the clock care and attention by specialists in the specific area of eating disorders, and of course it can take time, depending on the individual. CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) helps as well as group and one to one sessions. 

Only you will know if the situation is so dire that you need this level of help.
