whenever you feel like binging just down a whole bottle of water. it fills you up ad is good for you. avoid any carbonated drinks, they make your stomach expand and will make you feel more hungry.

Your binge eating could be because you are lacking something in your diet.

You could be ovulating (even though you don't have a period) and at that time of the month many women tend to binge... mostly on chocolate though. And yes, being underweight could make your body crave foods you don't normally eat.

You could be under a bit of stress, and for many of us, eating is way way to ease the tension...even if it is not a great deal of stress.

Depending on your age you could be having a hormone surge. That is the excuse I use when I binge eat.

Sometimes being sad or mad can trigger it. Although you do not sound depressed, mad or sad.

There are probably many more plausible reasons. I suggest get the binging out of your system, then force yourself to get your eating urges under control. You may gain a pound or 2, but it sounds like you normally eat healthy which should help you lose those measly few ounces you gain.

I hope this helps. Don't worry, your system should get back to normal in a day or two....or three or four. Good Luck.

Hello i read an article one time that women tend to eat a lot late at night due to boredom and the more you do it the more it'll become a habit. And also don't forget that junk food is very addictive so try and be more care full because like you said you're worried about becoming overweight. If you really want to snack at night try eating foods that are less fattening and have less calories. You can try eating light butter popcorn or **** on a lollipop that will keep you entertained a lollipop only has about 50 calories! Just get rid of the foods that are causing you to binge and replace them with something less fattening and less calorie dense before you're habit gets out of control. Take care:)

If you haven't had your period in 4 months and you've been "binging" you could very well be pregnant. If there is any chance you can be pregnant (meaning if you had sex at all, protected or not) you should go to your doctor or buy an at home paternity test.
