omg the fast food thing was dead on for me. i would totally go get fast food, even after eating a lot, and sit in an empty parking lot and then hide the bags in the back seat so that if i had a friend get in the car they wouldn’t see that i had been eating. sometimes i would even try to spray my car down so it wouldn’t smell like food cuz i would be so embarrassed about my eating habits. thanks for sharing this video. it makes me feel no so alone.

Thanks for posting this video. It really gives a view of BED that is not of some out of control obese person. It shows that you can look just like everybody else.

That is stupid, she says she “used” to have binge eating disorder but you can never get RID of it. You will always have it but you can just learn to control it.

Binging also means you can’t control your food cravings.If you can control them then it’s not binging I suppose.
