I am not sure what you are binging on, but assume that you are havingf too much junk food and sweets. They have been specifically formulated to make you want more and more, and that is why you can not stop eating. Try this: Have a small potion of natural lean protein (meat, chicken, eggs, fish, nuts) with every snack you have, and have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. Have lots of water. Avoid the junk food completely – once you start – it is very difficult to stop. For more info see article below.
Hunnie, you need to get yourself professional help and you need to tell your parents about your eating disorder.
I have two suggestions for you, the first one is to take a look at this informational site about eating disorders: I think you will find a lot of helpful and useful information on there about your eating disorder, it’s symptoms and causes, treatment options that are available and more.
My second suggestion for you is to call this toll-free helpline 1-800-714-8354 and speak to a trained professional. Explain your situation and they will advise you on what you should be doing going forward and how to go about doing it. If they think that you need treatment, they will advise you for which treatment option they think you need.
Hope this is helpful.. good luck!
