Water has no calories in it so why would you throw up water? Not eating properly and putting undue stress on your body like that will mess up your periods, from the stress you are causing your body. Bulimia is eating food (binging) and throwing it back up to stay thin. These people are already very thin but perceive themselves to be fat. You can rupture your throat if you continue to throw up on purpose. I suggest you stop now before it gets to the point where you need help to stop. I know a lot about this. A friend of mine had it. She was hospitalized many times against her will because she got so thin it was life threatening for her. Your organs could begin to shut down or you could have a heart attack. The Drs. used to have to strap my friend to the bed and put a tube down her nose to force feed her because she would pull out all the feeding tubes. Don't end up in this shape, get the help you need now. I know you don't want to hear that but it is for your own good.

Bulimia is an illness defined by food binges, or recurrent episodes of significant overeating, that are accompanied by a sense of loss of control. The affected person then uses various methods -- such as vomiting or laxative abuse -- to prevent weight gain.

Many, but not all, people with bulimia may also suffer from anorexia nervosa, an eating disorder involving severe, chronic weight loss that proceeds to starvation.
