I have lost 8kg (17.6lbs) in 2 weeks and I eat next to nothing but I DONT exercise. So can someone still have anorexia if they dont exercise? Or is just the weight loss an immediate sign of it?

Yes, you can still be anorexic. There is no requirement to excersize to be diagnosed with anorexia. It just happens that most do as it helps them to lose weight.
Anorexia has virtually nothing to do with exercise it is purely an eating disorder. Your weight loss is only due to your diet. If you are looking to lose weight or be healthy eat healthy its easy trust me I did it.
um…yes…its possiable…..actually, when i started exersizing, i started getting better (licence to eat…)
anorexia is a disordered eating problem, most exercise to burn off what calories they do eat, though its not necisary, each person is different in their mmethods
If you are deliberately doing things to try and have the pretty ‘anorexic’ label, no you are not anorexic. You do not have the genuine disease which is usually accidental and not a deliberate attempt to get attention by having the label to throw around. Not smart- stupid. Grow up and get a life.
There is no criteria for anorexia that says you have to exercise – it’s just a common trait. You can have anorexia if you never exercise.
It sounds as if you are just starting to develop an eating disorder. You recgonize it, this is great, no you have to stop it before it gets out of control (which can happen *very* quickly). Speak to a doctor as that amount of weight loss is very unhealthy.
