i suffer from over exercise and anoreixia
The same thing happened to me when I recovered from anorexia. It was really bad at first and I gained a ton of weight. Now three years later my weight has gone back to pretty much where I was before ana but I still have problems with bingeing (usually 1-2 times a week). It never makes sense why I do it either because I hate myself and am miserable every single time I binge. I wish I could give you advice on what to do but I don’t know either.
