I’ve overcome it before, but i always get back into after a year or so. I completely get over it and then swing back into the habit. How do you fully put it behind you for the rest of your life?
So I’m stuck with it forever? no i don’t want to be!
LOL what the hell is your problem?
its an avatar, do you really think I care what it looks like?
maybe you should giving stupid answers to serious questions and grow up.

Try benignity clay
Start thinking about the effects of what you are doing. Being aware is the first step. Get into something healthy with the intensity that you have when binging like exercise. At least this has positive side effects when you get sculpted.

no its like anorexia or bulemia nervosa, you can never totally recover no one ever does once its a problem an apart of ur life u never let that last little peice go…

Honestly, no. I go through periods, like a couple months, where I don’t binge but then I just go right back to it eventually. Hope they find a cure soon! =(
