Your best option is a treatment program. Depending on where you’re located, the facilities vary. You can choose interpersonal counseling, or go as full-on as as a residence in a treatment facility. There are so many success stories, you CAN find help, and you CAN recover. It sounds like you’ve already taken the first step, which is choosing that you no longer want to suffer from your eating disorder. A good resource for your might be NEDAW, the National Eating Disorder Awareness Week homepage. From there, you should be able to locate a treatment facility close to you. Good luck, and it’s wonderful that you want to take control of your life!
