Becca asked:
I have been told by doctors and teachers that i have anorexia and my mum knows i have been “dieting” and sort of skipping meals but she just has ago at me and makes me do it more. I personally don’t think i have a problem but i know abit about anorexia and bulimia and even if i told my mum about it she won’t belive me and think it’s attention seeking (i am not). But how can i tell her that i may have a problem?

Maybe haring this article with her, & asking to discus it with her, along with the teachers & doctor telling her, would convince her . . .

If she won’t believe you and will just think you’re attention seeking, have your doctor or counselor talk to her.
