I’ve seen pictures of people with Anorexia, and they are scary skinny. Then, on Y!A, some people say it makes you gain weight? How could Anorexia make you gain a lot of weight, when people suffering from Anorexia are super small?

anorexia makes you drink a lot of water so it’s an illusion. you don’t gain weight and the pictures you see on the internet are fake..most of them
I’m not quite sure about others, but I can tell you my experience with Anorexia. I did get down to a “scary” low weight in my 20′s, but then I went into treatment and they kept me there for over a year. It was all high calorie foods. Yuck, I gained 100 lbs. Luckily, I’ve lost about 50 lbs. since then.
I think that the thing is, I was so starved that I just began to eat in excess.
