bonnie asked:
I am 14, almost 15, I am 5’4, and I weight about 116 pounds. I never was proud of my body and always thought I was fat. People have often told me that I might become anorexic because I worry so much about my weight. My parents ask me if I’ve been eating lately. I exercise a lot , about 3-4 hours a day and I eat pretty healthy, but not too much. I really dont want to become anorexic, but I dont want to be overweight. I know I’m not anorexic, but I want to stay OFF the path to anorexia. I also know I’m too heavy to be anorexic, but I need some tips to stay away from it. Thanks.
also, am i pretty heavy for my height? Too heavy to even be thinking that i might become anorexic?

eat 3 good meals a day and when ever you go see your doctor just ask them to make sure everything weighs okay
just eat a burger every now and then
You shouldnt worry about your weight. but if you are a good way to stay away is by getting a personal trainer. they will work you out the proper way, with a proper time, and show you how to eat good food, that isn’t fattening. You are not too heavy. you are a fin weight. I blive the best way to go is the personal trainer
hope this helps
Well, at your height, your weight seems pretty healthy. Remember that just as long as you eat healthy, drink enough water, and get a healthy amount of exercise, you won’t gain weight. I think 3-4 hours of exercise a day is a bit too much for someone your age. 30 minutes to an hour is good enough. If you’re worried about what other people think of you, don’t. Wouldn’t it be boring if each person was the exact same size? If you think that you’re at risk of getting an eating disorder, please go and talk to someone about it, like your parents or doctor.
