I’ve been bingeing every day now for like a month! It’s SO tiring! I’m just trying to lose weight without having to binge. It’s like my brain is trained to do this every night, and it’s really making me gain TONS of weight…HELP!!! I’m not even crash dieting. Please, just give me a way to train my brain not to binge. Help very much appreciated.

You need to try and make your eating more structured and regimented to try and prevent binging. If you set a daily calorie allowance of 1500 calories then you should split it up evenly through the day into 5 meals of 300 calories each once every 3 hours. You should eat foods like wholemeal complex carbs to fill you up and eat lots of low density foods like fruit and veg as you can have large portions of these without gaining weight. Most importantly, if you feel inclined to binge, make a point of doing something else…take a bath, paint your nails, do an aerobics DVD, call a friend, go for a walk, anything other than eating. Hope this helps.
Drink a ton of water. Diet soda is also good to drink and chew some gum. Think about how you are feeling and how to take care of that. It is mental, not physical.
