It’s called developing some self discipline, if you don’t do it, no one is going to do it for you.
It’s hard but simple: stop having those foods around you. If you stock you fridge with healthy foods – vegetables, fruit, dried fruit, crackers, cheese, nuts – you’ll be much less likely to hit the junk food. Give yourself one day a week to indulge, or one indulgence a day, or both, and cut the crap.
Will power and self control. You can try to motivate yourself by putting up pictures of either A. when you’re skinny and B. fat pictures that you HATE… if you have one “junk” cabinet, put the pictures at eye level right inside. (outside wont work because you just open the cabinet and don’t see it)
the best thing to do would be to get rid of all that stuff in your house. The next best thing would be to just cut down. Try some new hobbies , sports , crafts instead to distract you. I know it’s difficult but I know you can do it.

Theres is nothing wrong with stuffing ur face with snacks. As long as it makes you happy. You might get a garganteous *** though, but some guys are into that.
If your parents do the grocery shopping in your household tell them to please avoid buying junk foods or sugary foods. Tell them you are more interested in having fruits and nuts around to munch on.
You can eat as much of this type of food as you desire with no consequence.
And of course stay active.
Just try to stay away from kitchen. Keep your self busy in other places. Do that for couple of weeks I am sure, then you will get used to it. You won’t feel hungry any more. If you eat more, your will feel more hungry. Try to eat less, your body will get used to it.
Start associating those foods with a nauseating smell – something rotten or kitty litter, find anything that just completely revolts you and go smell that – every time you try to eat a bite. You can train yourself to find those foods disgusting.
Drink one full glass of water and wait 15 minutes before you allow yourself to eat, and then think consciously to yourself – hmmm did that water fill me up?
Fill up on celery or carrot sticks and water before you allow yourself any bite of junk food at all.

To stop binge eating You can do a couple of things. You can post pictures around the house of what you don’t want to look like this way when ever you start binge eating you will see the picture and it might make you think what every mouth full will do.
Second you can not buy the foods that are tempting you to eat them. Try buying healthy snacks. If it is weight gain that you are worrying about then you should look for foods that have high nutritious value. Your body will tell you that your hungry if you don’t eat nutritious stuff.
Things like sugar and so forth just enhance your appetite. Try eating foods that will suppress your appetite. There’s a really cool and informative article about appetite suppressant foods that I referred to a friend and it helped them out tremendously. They had similar problems like you Well Good Luck!!
