How do you know if you have an eating disorder?

No, you don’t have an eating disorder. As long as you are eating when your body needs the food you are fine. Why would you chew and then spit though? That’s just goofy. Eat the food!! If you have a good diet or a good exercise plan going for you then your body will keep up with what it needs to.
i dont really know. but make sure that you eat enough at meal times and dont every get lightheaded.
no it doesnt sound like it but dont be afraid of a few calories as long as your not pounding down the candy(: if you want to chew on something or acutally eat it, try eating celery you actually burn calories eating it!(:

If you are still worried then go look it up on the internet or call like a doctor or something.

it’s sounds like something in the making of an eating disorder. try replacing the extra unnecessary food with mints or gum, which give you something to chew on but aren’t fattening. I have a habit of snaking while i study or watch a movie, but i don’t want to gain weight or be unhealthy, so i **** on ice cubes instead.
In its self..it is not an eating disorder
But this is definitely a SIGN and START of an eating disorder.
If you have 3 meals and small snacks… that is a very balanced and healthy diet, one that will keep you looking slim
I would suggest you force yourself to stop this habit before it turns into something worse, without you even knowing it.
