Do you eat regularly, or just whenever you get a chance? Try to eat regular meals (not fast food either) that are high in protien, but low in fat. Snacking on fruit helps me out.

You can’t stop the cravings girl, plan and simple. If you really want to stop, you’ll simply have to have will power and restrain yourself from junk food. After awhile of not having junk food, you’ll no longer have that nagging craving for junk food. Thats when you should eat maybe a small bag of chips or something. You shouldn’t stop eating junk food, thats deprivation, but you defintely shouldn’t binge on it.
It will take alot of will power to not reach out with some fuoinions, but it will be well worth it. Junk food leave you feeling drab, without it you’ll have alot more energy.

This idea may sound rather nasty, but it really works well when you put your imagination to work. The next time you feel tempted to clean out that candy dish in front of you, visualize cockroaches or other disgusting things crawling through it. I’ve both done this myself and have recommended it to others. One guy I knew found it to be effective for even his worst food cravings and after all other methods of self-control failed.

Get the biggest glass you can find and fill it with water. Chug it and don’t stop for air. Keep doing this. After a couple drinks, the very thought of eating anything will be repulsive.
