McD's is too extreme to expect a starving girl to eat, and the mother's meal is just a guilt trip and forced eating. She will resent you either way. I would suggest a rehab center if 3 therapists have failed already. It'd be really hard to recover on your own after so long. Invite her around to your house for a roast and try and get the message threw to her your mum has put alot of effort into this meal.If she if polite she will eat it up.Do this regulary and get her used to eating bigger and bigger excuses.If non of this works and you are reallly worried you should take her to get some help.They will talk to her and if worse comes to worse they will force feed her.
