I would say that you are a victim of society. You are actually a little underweight for you height.

Stop obsessing about the scale. Weigh yourself once a week in the morning after you use the restroom. If you cannot break your cycle of weighing so much, try to decrease it little by little. Do something like weigh four times a day, or only once a day. Then drop it down the next week if you can. If you have to, then move it out to two weeks.

Teens are supposed to eat more than others do. They are supposed to sleep more too. These are the years when you body is growing and changing and needs more energy.

If you have a little pooch, then you can do some exercises to flatten you stomach. If you stomach is flat, you do not need to suck in. Some women have a natural little pooch.

It is okay to exercise three times a week. It is also okay to choose more nutritious food choices. You can choose grilled chicken over a double bacon cheeseburger. Do not over due things though. You do not need to do strenuous exercise or deprive yourself of treats. You are young and have a better metabolism. It will slow way down after 30.

Enjoy your life. Find yourself a hobby, club, sport, etc that you can spend your time doing instead of worrying about your weight. I have a little obsession of my own. I keep lists of 10 other things to do when I start obsessing. I have them out where I can see them. You do not have to do that, but you could put little notes on you computer.

There is also a great article in the April 2007 issue of Redbook that will help you out. It is about being happy and loving yourself. If you don't love yourself, no one else will. The tips in the article may not apply to you, but I am sure you could modify them to fit your life.
