Dentists arent the only ones that can tell - doctors can too. There are certain signs: u losea ton of weight, u will look gaunt, and mostly u wont be yourself. I was anoreixic last year and it was the worst yr of my life - I was 13 and wieghed in at 52 Ibs. Believe me they would be able to tell….take it from someone who knows!!!!
