I’m trying to break the habit of binge eating. I read that the best way to break a habit is to replace it with a new one.

I’m already re-vamping my routine to escape food when it gets to the time I would binge. But what can I do everytime I find myself reaching for cereal/chocolate/toast?

I am yet to find anything effective! Please help!
