i think its way worse if you “DIDNT EAT”.
No you cant get pregnant if your binge well you can if you still have periods but eating disorders can easily prevent pregnancy period or not
The question is, when you binge do you purge too because if you are, that is really unhealthy for you and a baby. If there is a chance that you are pregnant, you need to see a dr. and tell them that you have an eating disorder because that will determine what your prenatal care will be. DO NOT keep this information from your dr. because it is really important.
First you need to find out for sure if you are pregnant or not. Either case you need to work on your binge eating. here it the first step…
You need to figure out the cause of your binge eating, often it’s a form of emotional eating or eating to deal with stress/tough emotions including: fear, sadness, depression, boredom and so on.
In other words if your life ***** then that could be the cause of you binge eating, kind of like how alcoholics go to the bar at the end of a stressful day.
