u cabt do that! u cant stop an eating dosorder without gaining…thats the whole point…and why do u sacrifice your life and health for modeling…skinny is not attractive…personally, i hate models cuz they are all discusting…i would say get help, and gain weight…if they cant accept that u want to be healthy and not have a chance of dying from starvation or heart failure, them eff them! its stupid what u do!
Definitions of slim are very different depending on the person. What is slim to a regular person could be shunned from runway for being too fat. If you are recovering, then i suggest that you focus on that first and put your career on hold, health comes first. No matter what, some companies will hire you, and some won’t. For some, weight is a big issue (no pun intended) and for some, you only need to be a model of health. Best of luck in your recovery, i know it’s hard, but please follow the rules.

yes as long as you follow a HEALTHY DIET you’llbe fine. eating raw veggies helps you stay slim. i understand that your area of work puts a lot of pressure on you to stay slim but congrats for you for doing something to help yourself. as long as you eat healthy and excersise i’m sure you’ll still look **** and slim without causing your body pain. good luck!!
I’m in the process of beating mine at the moment and what Im finding is that I didn’t start to gain weight straight away like I expected (mind you I still stick to a reasonably low calorie diet). The trick is to slowly increase your calorie intake don’t just jump straight into like some people may suggest. That way your body will gradually gain a little weight but then it will adjust itself to the amount of energy your eating and stop gaining weight. Also make sure you do some form of strength or resistence training that way your body will stay toned and the weight you gain will go into lean muscle mass instead of fat. Because as you probably know, your body would have lost a lot of muscle through your eating disorder (mine did).
I hope this advice helps! Good luck, I hope you can beat it. Just remember it will always stay in the back of your mind (that little voice or feeling of disappointment if you gain a little weight) but the trick is to not listen. I find it easier to tell myself Im not gaining weight for myself but for my friends and family. That way I don’t feel as dissapointed in myself as I know it’s for the better!
u wont be as skinny but still skinny. personally i noe wat it like with an ed the slightest pound up will make u freak. the truth is even if u do get help that thought of gaining weight is the most digusting grotesque feeling its horrible. i say you have to get to weight where u wont drop dead but theres no need to go to the weight society thinks is healthy. a weight where u feel comfortable becuz thinking about being overweight can get to u and then ur gonna relapse and stop eating or bingeing so take it slow one step at a time. good luck if u do decide to recover just up ur exercie time do double cardio a day hope everything wrks out. what do u have ana or mia?
For my personal experience, I’m gonna tell you this, once you get an eating disorder, there’s like 90% you’ll stay very slim, because the body get used to.. I mean, I was anorexic for 2 years and now I recovered and I’m still slim, at least that’s what everyone says, you only have to trust more in yourself and to be confident with who you are, self esteem rules!

Yes, you can stay slim without suffering from eating disorder. As long as you perform a well balanced diet and get full attention on what you eat (healthy foods). And if ever you already suffering from eating disorder, you can get help from people who can understand you better.
