I would love to be able to answer your question but I need a lot more information: How old are you, how much do you weigh, how tall are you? Who gave you the 1200 cal. a day food plan? Are you trying to maintain your weight or lose or gain weight?

1200 cal. a day is pretty low calories and usually prescribed for people who want to lose weight.

Who suggested 1 hour a day exercise w weights?

Have you a plan from a nutritionist and/or a weight or ed specialist? If so, then they are the person to whom you need to go and ask this question.

I wish you all the best and will keep praying for you. I have seen that you are really giving this an honest go and want to be well. That is half the battle. God bless your efforts.

you'll need to talk to your doctor.

I suggest looking up how many calories your body burns everyday from activities like walking around, and even just sitting around burns calories.

to maintain your weight, your calorie loss needs to even out with calorie intake.
