Okay lately I can stick to my diet all day, but then around 8:00 or 9:00 at night I get hungry, or even if im not hungry I feel like I have to eat! I **** this, because its just a habit that im not sure how to get out of!

What are some things to distract me from eating, or some thoughts to motivate me? Also around how long would it take to break this habit?
