		<description>I suggest taking up a hobby just like the above answerer says. Take up something you always wanted to learn guitar, photography, arts &amp; crafts, foreign language, healthy food cooking class, swimming, diving, tennis, sprint walking, jogging at beach or track etc...etc...I know you get the hint.LOL! By keeping busy busy...you might even forget to eat...imagine that?!

P.S. don&#039;t forget to drink lots &amp; lots of water.</description>
