when someone thinks their fat. Its very unhealthy.
An unhealthy relationship with food – eg – All or nothing attitude – “chocolate is BAD – don’t eat it” rather than an -”it’s okay in moderation” type of approach.
Purging – guilt – needing to ‘exorcise’ the pain – which can be relieved through purging.
