I think finding a middle ground would be better... but to answer your question, I'd chose anorexia because even though that's a mental disease, I think it's easier to get out of. You can always have people help you get better and give you food and stuff, but with being obese, you need to stop eating, so you could always sneak it and stuff. Idk. That's what I think. They both damage your body in different ways though, so it's hard to answer.

U will definetly have several problems. PLz trust me. But i also dont want u to get obese. Why dontu just stay in the middle. Eat healthy and do lots of exercise. Cut down on fatty foods.

Can I just point out that these are 2 extremes and there's no reason to do either. Why not do a healthy diet? Aim for 1500 calories a day and you WILL get there. Obviously it will be slower than a crash diet but that's not a bad thing. It means you're more likely to keep the weight off. It's just a question of dedication and motivation. Keep at it and you can't go wrong. X

No need for the extreme diet. Just replace the unhealthy food with a healthy diet and introduce exercise into your life and you will lose weight in a healthy manner.
