You’re binging and even though you said you’re not bulimic, you kind of are.
Get some serious help. This isn’t healthy.
I think your an over eater. but unlike many, your concerned about it. just relax, it’s not a disorder.
sounds like bulimia to me, please don’t do this !
You are bullimic. You are a compulsive overeater. You can purge thru exercise, its the same thing. You are bullimic, read up on the subject
Borderline bulimia.. or maybe a binge eating disorder
Thinking about what you eat and how to properly burn it off is healthy, to a point. Obviously, however, your thoughts have gotten out of control. When you “obsess” about anything, it just isn’t healthy anymore. Is it your weight what you are truly concerned about or is there a deeper issue here? Maybe you are attempting to control your weight because you feel out of control in other areas of your life. I would strongly suggest talking to your doctor. He/she can help you go on a healthy diet and exercise program and provide you with referrals to someone you can talk to about how to get control of your life and food, instead of it taking control of you. Good luck!
You are right, you do eat, but just because you eat does not mean you are no anoxeric. Being anorexic means that you engage in restrictive eating and become obsessed with the ideas of weight and your control over them, it does not mean that you never eat, or all anorexic people would be dead, nor does it mean that you have to be skin and bones to be anoxeric. Bulimia is when you binge and purge and from what you have stated it does not seem that you do that often. While there are eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia there is also soemthing called disordered eating which is also a psychological issue. While it sounds like you are in the early stages of anorexia nervosa I am not a Dr. I would definately say that if you do not have a full blown eating disorder at this point you definately have disordered eating habits and what appears to be the rise of a serious eating disorder. Please seek help so that you can feel better! And remember, you are NOT crazy, you are just dealing with something. Hope this helps and please feel better!
Your behaviors sound like bulimia, or the beginning of bulimia. Try stopping the bingeing and check in with yourself to see how you feel. If you feel anxious, ask yourself why. Eating disorders are ways of coping with things that seem too difficult to deal with, whether it’s abuse, self-esteem, or lack of nurturing, etc. Try to find out what is at the bottom of it. A therapist would be helpful for this. You CAN stop it, you just need to sit with it and gain some insight into why you are doing it. Please stop; if you continue, you run the risk of ruining your teeth, nutritional deficiencies, messing up your stomach for good, messing up your heart, etc.
Take care.
