Take these: salads, veges, fruits, grains, meats, etc. Start eating again!
There isn’t a medicine to make you have a period. The only thing you can do is have a good healthy diet. Go see your doctor, join a support group, eat a good healthy rich diet, and get plenty of rest and exercise.
God bless you!
First you need to find help to get over being anorexic. Talk to your parents if you are young and still living at home. Your period is the last thing you need to worry about. The damage you are doing to your heart, and other organs is horrible. There were two models that died this month from being too thin. Your heart just cannot take it if it does not get the correct nutrition. Find help so you can live longer.
Please
If your period stopped due to your anorexia, it means that your body has lost too much weight to support your periods. It is a “side effect” of this disease.
May I suggest that you get treatment to help you deal with your anorexia? There are several options available to you, individual or group counceling, inpatient or outpatient programs, and support groups.
This disease is very hard to treat, because in the beginning of your “diet” you were in control, but as the disease progresses the control changes hands and soon the disease controls you. Other things that will/can happen to your body is that you will grow fine hair on your body (it is your body’s attempt to keep you warm), when you loose too much weight to support a period they cease. I am not sure what you know about this disease, but I do know that IT CAN LEAD TO DEATH. You can become so thin and have so little nutrients that your heart can give out and quit beating.
I have dealt with this disease and I am winning, but I always have to fight the desire to just quit eating. I got so bad that my blood pressure got so low it was 40 over nothing. When I realized how close to death I was I started to fight. I went to an inpatient program specializing in eating disorders. I had to relearn how to eat.
It is not easy to beat this disease, but you can do it. Please seek help, your life is on the line.
