i didnt have an eating disorder, but one of my close friends did.
her highest weight was 140 pounds, lowest was 80 pounds.
she didnt eat anything, but if she had to, she would throw it all up. she was anorexic with purging.
get help asap! eating disorders kill SO many and i dont want to see you die. getting help is hard in the beginning, but you will feel so much better when you get help!

I started out at 158, got down to 125 before i stated passing out at least once a day.
after that i went into recovery and gained 75 pounds.
now im back to it.
it sucks, get help.
I had a loved one who had weight problems. Minimum 57, maximum 80.
The solution was to avoid eating carbohydrates and animal protein separately, with three hours of interval. when eaten together, eat only white fish or chicken without skin (food rich in protein and poor in calories). Do not restrain your menu, make it interesting. Join weight watchers or other group of addicted people. Never bring home items that will destroy your slimming project. Avoid politely any company or program that will do it. Ask around for support. Avoid consumming alcohol. Consult a homeopathy doctor. Sustain your project for 3 years.Ready to start?
I’m 5’9″ and weighed 135 when I decided to lose a little weight. The least I can weigh without being underweight is 125, so I figured my ideal was right above that. I got down to 127 by the end of summer 2008, and for a while, I was happy. Then that September I saw my homecoming pictures and felt fat. I decided to lose more weight. I got down to 115 within a couple months, and my family started harassing me about how thin I was. So I swung towards bulimia out of desperation, because they kept making me eat. Eventually, me weight dipped lower. I was 105 in March when my father caught me throwing up and made me seek help.
I’m now 140 pounds. After all the hell I put myself through, I weigh more than when I started.
