When recovering from anorexia will my stomach just keep expanding, or will the weight be distributed in body? ?

I am currently in treatment recovering from anorexia, and I am noticing that my stomach is expanding, and other places are not. I am getting more self conscious every day. Will the weight redistribute amongst my body? How long will this take? Is this normal?

right now it’s just because your stomach and all is not used to so much food, so its abnormally expanding. as for me when I was diagnosed anorexic and reached my healthy weight it did not even out. I had to loose some weight then start eating normal food (not the high calorie crap they give you) and then when I returned to my normal weight it all evened out.
