Question by Danii: How do people with anorexia return to their normal eating habits without gaining weight?
I’ve heard that recovering from anorexia is a process in which one has to “wheedle oneself back up”, but that’s a little vague. How large of a calorie increase and how gradually should this be done in order to not gain weight? And is there more to it than that…?
Top answer:
Answer by Sharlene You must gain weight to recover from anorexia. That’s kind of the point.

A question asked by BennieBear: How long after anorexia does it take to lose your hair?
Since late November, I’ve been eating about 500-800 calories a day. I noticed that my hair has really started to thin out in the front and it seems like I am shedding a lot of hair.
I was under the impression that hair loss only occured in severe cases of anorexia, though. And I have gone for way longer eating way less and never had any problems with hair loss.
Anyways, what should I expect to happen? Is it going to keep falling out?
