Whenever i eat in public, eg my school canteen, no matter what im eating or drinking i feel like everyone is watching me eat/drink. When that thought appears it feels like im panicking and i freak out inside.
Could this be the start of a disorder?

Also im 13 and a healthy weight for my height.
I do wish i were thinner because my bum and thighs look a bit out of proportion.
